Governance & Quality Assurance

Shared Governance

The shared governance system at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland allows internal and external stakeholders to engage with the school community on decisions related to the overall quality and to ensure continuous and rigorous improvement. It is essential to César Ritz Colleges Switzerland that our community (alumni, partners, students, faculty, and staff) are represented in the decisions that impact all aspects of our community.

In order to provide a mechanism whereby the institution is provided with independent advice, the Supervisory Committee delegates governance to the Academic and Operations Boards. The Academic Board has responsibilities to ensure academic quality and integrity of the institution’s educational content, including responsibility for academic policy, academic administration, and the oversight of the educational process to ensure educational outcomes have been achieved.

Swiss Education Group Board

The Swiss Education Group Board is responsible for the efficient, financially viable, and compliant conduct of the institution’s business.

The purpose is to give the school community a clear sense of the objectives which the school is striving to achieve, how they intend to achieve them, and how they will know when they have been successful.
