Scholars and students wishing to submit conference papers or posters, please see the call for papers here.

Important Dates and Deadlines

Deadline for submission of abstracts (500 words):	2 March 2018
Abstract acceptance notification:	15 March 2018
Deadline for submission of full papers (3,000-5,000 words):	6 April 2018
Responses from the Scientific Committee:	20 April 2018

Registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-serve basis. Guests should wait for a confirmation before making travel arrangements. The conference will be free of charge for delegates and will include tea, coffee, refreshments and lunch, followed by a networking farewell aperitif. The conference programme is scheduled between 08h30 and 16h30 on 28^th May 2018, the detailed programme for the day will be published here in due course.
